Preparing your Aircraft for Sale
Before you list your aircraft, you’ll want to make sure your aircraft is as marketable as possible.  Hembree Aviation can review your aircraft with you to determine if repairs prior to listing could add value.

Determine your Aircraft’s Value
Choosing the right price for your aircraft is one of the most important components of the selling process.  While online estimates can be a good place to start, Hembree Aviation will be able to provide a more accurate estimate based on market trends, the condition of your aircraft, similar aircraft on the market, and more.

Accept the Offer
Once your aircraft is on the market and a buyer is interested, he or she will submit an offer to Hembree Aviation.  While the offer may differ from your asking price, you are able to reject or counter it if you’d like. Once you accept an offer, you’ll be officially under contract.  During the period between signing the aircraft purchase agreement and closing the sale of your aircraft, Hembree Aviation will assist you through the prebuy process.

Closing on Your Aircraft
Once you’ve gone through the process you are ready to officially sell your aircraft.  Our escrow agent will provide you with the necessary documents to sign and transfer the ownership of your aircraft to the buyer. Now you’re ready to move on to your next adventure!
